No pets! This property is located in a luxury apartment building occupied by residents that live there. Please be mindful and respectful of that. There is no smoking or parties or events. Additional $20 fee if more then 4 guests. Quiet hours 10pm. ***Noise monitor in unit does record not conversations or words it’s to prevent parties.
